Julia Cianci Wellness Center open to all Sacred Heart Alums and their friends & family!

Starting January 2025, Coach Reis will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 PM to offer an Alum Wellness Workout. Alums, parents, and friends are welcome to join at the Julia Cianci Wellness Center, located at Sacred Heart!

This high-energy, full-body class combines weight training and HIIT to help you feel the burn while having fun with your fellow alums!
