Application Process for Grades 7 to 11
Domestic applicants
Are you an international student wanting to enrol in Grades 7 to 11? See our International Students processes below.
Admissions are open for 2025-2026!
Our admissions operate on a rolling basis, meaning we review and accept applications throughout the year.
However, we strongly recommend initiating the application process as early as possible to secure your spot and facilitate a smooth enrollment experience.
Online Application Form
- Complete the online COBA application form: available here on our portal with all the details of your application.
All Required Documentation
- Applicant's Birth Certificate: Provide a copy that includes the names of the parents.
- Last Two Years' School Report Cards: Submit copies for academic evaluation.
- Current Report Card: Include a copy if available at the time of application.
- Passport-Size Photo: Attach a small, passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
- $50 Domestic Application Fee Receipt: Include a copy of the payment receipt, payable here. (applicable only for new students).
Submit everything to our Admissions Office
- Submit the completed online application form and required documentation to our Admissions Office via email at [email protected]
Family Interview
- Prepare for an interview with you and your daughter. Applications will be reviewed based on the student’s report cards and the family interviews.

All Required Documentation
- All necessary Immigration Documentation: For more informations contact our admission center.
- Applicant's Birth Certificate: Provide a copy that includes the names of the parents. (Translation notarized in English Language)
- Student and Parents' Passports: Provide a copy.
- A Letter of Recommendation: Provide a copy.
- English Test Results: Provide a copy of any TOEF, ILETS or any other standardized English test results (only required for Grade 10 and above) Duolingo English Test
- Last Two Years' School Report Cards: Submit copies for academic evaluation.
- Current Report Card: Include a copy if available at the time of application.
- Passport-Size Photo: Attach a small, passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
- $250 International Application Fee Receipt: Include a copy of the payment receipt, payable here. (applicable only for new students).
- English and Math Entrance Tests: Proof of passing results.
